Michael Le

Michael advises organizations and individuals on governance, regulatory compliance, real estate, transactional, and litigation matters. Drawing on prior experience as General Counsel and Senior Compliance Counsel, Michael provides strategic counsel on risk management, employment matters, commercial transactions, and operational compliance.

Michael has experience advising on commercial real estate matters, including transactions, dispute resolution, and loan servicing involving multifamily and retail properties. This work is informed by a strong business and financial background, including advising on P&L analysis, financial sustainability, and business operations to support long-term organizational stability and growth.

In addition, Michael advises individuals and families on philanthropic strategy and charitable structuring, including the formation and governance of private foundations, donor-advised funds, and other giving vehicles designed to enhance charitable impact and maximize tax efficiency.

He also brings significant nonprofit executive leadership experience, having served in senior leadership roles overseeing governance, fundraising, operations, and community partnerships.

Michael earned his juris doctor from Whittier Law School and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
