James A. Murphy V

James Murphy’s practice focuses on business formation and counseling, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and acquisitions.

James received his undergraduate degree in political science from the California State University at Fullerton (B.A., 2009), and his law degree from Western State University College of Law (J.D., 2013), where he graduated with honors and was a member of the Dean’s Fellowship. He is admitted to practice law before the courts of California.
