Andrew D. White

Andrew White is a seasoned civil litigator whose practice is focused on construction litigation, business litigation and consulting, contract disputes/negotiation, general liability, labor/employment law, wine industry and entertainment law. He continues to litigate both Federal and state courts and in various alternative dispute resolution forums, while offering cost-effective routes to successful resolutions.

In litigation, Andrew remains true to the Firm’s goal of being aggressive in advancing clients’ interests and proud of its successful track record, and continues focusing on intelligent alternatives to wasteful lawsuits, counseling dispute avoidance wherever appropriate and consistently creating and capitalizing upon favorable settlement opportunities. Andrew has successfully represented business members in complex business disputes involving different industries including the wine and hospitality industry. 

Andrew was admitted to the California Bar in November, 2002, receiving his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2002. Prior to law school, Mr. White received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1999.

Andrew is active in professional and charitable organizations including the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel; Napa County Bar Association and its Construction Law Section; St. Helena Oddfellows, and Sun & Stars Montessori School Board of Directors.

Andrew lives in the Napa Valley with his wife and three children and enjoys travel, golf, tennis, skiing, and of course wine and bocce in the beautiful Napa Valley.
